Shipping policy

All items are shipped out via USPS unless otherwise discussed. Once the shipping is out of my hands, it is out of my control what happens to it next. Track your package with the tracking email provided for you to see updates. If you do not receive your package, please call your local post office to discuss where the package could be before contacting me. I always make things right no matter what, but steps will be taken with USPS before I rebuild or refund.
